Shuk Wun Limited accepts returns of unworn, undamaged footwear and sandals within 14 days of the delivery date. This return period is unconditional. The customer does not need to provide a reason for the return. To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be in original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Worn, altered, or washed items are not accepted.
Once the returned product is received and inspected by Shuk Wun Limited, a refund is processed. The refund is credited back to the original payment method. No refund is issued earlier than 14 days after physical receipt of the returned goods.

Refund processing – The refund is initiated after inspection. For PayPal transactions in regions requiring 30 days, the refund takes up to 30 days.
